Description of the assignment: UNDP Libya is seeking qualified and motivated National Experts (02) in the field of capacity building, leadership and management, to be based in Tripoli, to design and deliver two training programs for the GNC in developing staff competencies in order that they are able to highly performing their roles and tasks. The first training will be dedicated for Senior Management Team while the second training will be for Middle Management Leaders.

Period of assignment/services: 20 working days for each consultant, spread over 02 months
