Primary Function:
- Responsible for improving the productivity of an organization’s employees.
- Responsible for the effective development.
- Coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees.
- Assess property-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives.
- Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
- Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
2- Modify programs as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
3- Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities.
4- Develop and monitor spending against the departmental budget. Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization. Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff.
5- According to the long term Human Resources plan, prepares and execute the annual recruitment plan, sourcing (internal and external), recruitment process, and contact with the Group and the Universities, etc.
6- Implement and follow-up Performance Appraisals and Career Development procedures.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
1- A bachelor’s degree in education, business administration or liberal arts or at least five years of teaching equivalent.
2- At least ten (10) years of experience in a corporate or business setting, preferably in human resources, personnel or administration.
3- Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
4- Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
5- Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change.
6- Must have tertiary qualifications in human resources, training and development or business studies.
