Arrawafed Oil Services Company is looking for an experienced, energetic, self motivated Senior Slickline Operator.

The Senior Slickline Operator:
- Oversees the daily operations of the Slickline unit
- Manages helpers and provides staff leadership.
- Promotes and maintains good customer relations.
- Responsible for all slickline operations both in the shop and in the field.
- Responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and record keeping for the slickline unit, tools, and equipment.
Functional Responsibilities
- Assembles tools and performs Slickline services, i.e.: gauge cutters, pulling and setting plugs(Otis, Baker, Camco), setting and retrieving SSSV, standing valves (FB2, RB2), side pocket gas lift mandrels, shifting Otis and Baker SSD, pressure and temperature gradients etc. in various field locations.
- Drives company Slickline truck.
- Ensures the operations of Slickline services offered by the company are done safely, efficiently and according to established standards and guidelines.
- Ensures that all safety practices are implemented before, during and after the well service operation.
- Provides technical assistance to other field operation personnel on location to assure work is carried out according to set schedules and procedures.
- Completes all job related paperwork.
- Performs troubleshooting of tool, equipment, and unit problems.
- Maintains tools, equipment, and unit.
- Supervises helpers in the field and in the shop.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:
|
|
- Required Skills and Knowledge
- Experience – 3 years minimum as Senior Slickline Operator
- Language Skills – English with an excellent ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals, operations instructions and policies/procedures.
- Ability to write reports and simple correspondence and effective communicate/present information to groups of co-workers, customers or employees.
- Advanced Math Skills - Ability to apply mathematical concepts such fractions, ratios, percentages and proportions to practical situations.
- Reasoning Skills - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables.

Physical Demands
- This job requires frequent heavy work.
- Employee will be exposed to high noise and the potential of chemicals and fumes or gasses in the field environment.
- Employee will stand or walk 75% of the time and frequently be asked to bend, squat, or reach and occasionally climb.
- Employee will be on call for a 24 hour period
