Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise all admin work (attendance sheets, progress reports, exams, etc….)

· Managing all current and future English language training programs for the company

· Mange company customers and measure customer satisfaction

· Contentiously develop the system focusing on effectiveness and efficiency.

· Recruit and manage all necessary staff for teaching and administration

· Monitor all teachers progress and quality control

· Set development plans for the teachers including workshops and teachers assessment

· Build teaching teams for each project

· Select training materials

· Set teaching schedules and training plans

· Coordinate with UK / US providers in overseas English training

Minimum Qualification will be as Follows:

· MA in Linguistics from a recognized university

· 10 years of teaching experience

· 5 years’ experience as an academic manager

· Proven track record of Leadership & Team Building Skills

· Extensive experience in Cambridge ESOL Exams
